Prominent civil rights attorney Izaak Schwaiger invited Brian Gearinger to join him in representing a father and his six-year-old daughter in a local civil rights case.
The Press Democrat reported on the lawsuit in a July 31 article titled “Man Sues City of Sebastopol and 3 police officers for alleged excessive force and wrongful arrest.”
Brian has long admired the numerous jury verdicts and favorable settlements Izaak has secured for his clients over the past decade.
When asked about the collaboration with Izaak, Brian responded: “With apologies to Renée Zellweger’s character in Jerry Maguire, Izaak had me at hello when he called me and invited me to join him on this righteous civil rights case.”
