We’re proud to share that Brian Gearinger, founder of the Gearinger Law Group, has been selected as a panelist at the Association of Defense Counsel’s (ADC) 66th Annual Meeting, taking place Thursday, December 11, 2025, in San Francisco, California.
Brian will join the panel on “Effective Jury Selection”, held from 2:00–3:00 p.m. in the California East Room, alongside Hon. Steve Austin (ADR Services, Inc.) and Charles J. Smith (Chuck Smith Attorney at Law).
Together, the panel will conduct a mock voir dire in a hypothetical sexual harassment and retaliation case, offering attendees practical insight into strategies for selecting a fair and effective jury in complex employment litigation.
Brian will share some (but not all) of his voir dire secrets with his defense counsel colleagues, including effective use of the Midwestern charm technique.
